1.加热时间不要过长。微波炉加热速度很快,如果加热时间太长,食物容易变干、变硬,甚至产生毒素。2.普通塑料容器、塑料袋等不可放入微波炉加热,因为容易导致变形,而且会释放有毒物质。3.不要加热油炸食品。高温会使油飞溅,可能产生明火,发生火灾。如不慎引起炉内起火,应先关闭电源。4.不要用金属器皿。微波炉的工作原理是利用电磁波加热食物,而金属器皿会把电磁波挡住,导致无法加热。
