为研究超薄磨耗层沥青混合料的路用性能,根据我国现有规范要求,选择4种不同级配类型超薄磨耗层沥青混合料,因其各自具有不同空隙率以及各自结构类型的特点,进行超薄磨耗层沥青混合料配合比设计,并通过试验对4种不同级配类型超薄磨耗层沥青混合料各项路用性能检验对比。室内研究结果表明:(1)高温性能方面:ARAC-10高温性能较好;(2)低温性能方面:ARAC-10、ARSMA-10低温性能较为突出;(3)水稳定性能方面:ARAC-10、ARSMA-10具有较好的水稳定性能;(4)由于AROGFC-10级配类型的沥青混合料孔隙率较大,其抗水损坏性能较差。
In order to study the road performance of ultra-thin wear layer asphalt mixture, four kinds of ultra-thin wear layer asphalt mixture with different grade types were selected according to the requirements of the existing specifications in our country. Because of their different void ratios and their respective structure types, The design of mix proportion of ultra-thin wear layer asphalt mixture was carried out, and the road performance test of four kinds of ultra-thin wear layer asphalt mixture with different grades was compared and tested. The results of indoor research show that: (1) ARAC-10 has better high temperature performance at high temperature performance; (2) ARAC-10 and ARSMA-10 have better low temperature performance at low temperature performance; (3) ARAC- , ARSMA-10 has better water stability. (4) Because of the porosity of AROGFC-10 gradation type asphalt mixture, its water resistance is poor.
