目的 评价 PRK治疗高度、超高度近视眼的远期疗效。方法 应用日本 NIDEKEC- 5 0 0 0型准分子激光仪治疗高度、超高度近视眼 176例 (2 79只眼 ) ,按术前等值球镜度分为二组 , 组 :- 6 .2 5~ 10 .0 0 D者 189只眼 ; 组 :- 10 .2 5~ - 2 4 .0 0 D者 90只眼。术后随访 5年。结果 术后 5年时 ,屈光度在预定矫正度± 1.0 0 D以内者 , 组为 82 .5 4 % , 组为 2 7.78% ,屈光度在预定矫正度± 2 .0 0 D以内者 , 组为 98.94 % , 组为 4 6 .6 7% ;裸眼视力≥ 0 .5和≥ 1.0者 , 组为 78.8%和 4 7.1% , 组为 35 .6 %和 3.3% ,最佳矫正视力大于或等于术前最佳矫正视力者 , 组为 95 .2 4 % , 组为 92 .2 2 % ;有 3级以上角膜混浊者 , 组为 1.0 6 % , 组为 6 .6 7%。结论 PRK是治疗高度、超高度近视眼安全有效的方法 ,高度近视眼的稳定性和预测性优于超高度近视眼 ,角膜上皮下雾状混浊仍然是 PRK治疗高度近视、超高度近视眼存在的主要问题
Objective To evaluate the long-term effect of PRK treatment and super-high myopia. Methods A total of 176 eyes (2 79 eyes) with high and ultra-high myopia were treated with NIDEKEC-500 laser excimer laser in Japan. They were divided into two groups according to the preoperative spherical equivalent degree: - 6.25 ~ 10 .0 0 D were 189 eyes; group: - 10 .2 5 ~ - 2 4 .0 0 D 90 eyes. Follow-up for 5 years. Results At 5 years after operation, the refraction was within ± 1.0 0 D of the scheduled correction, 82.54% in the group, and 2 7.78% in the group. The refraction within the predetermined correction ± 200.0 D was 98.94 %, The group was 46.67%; the uncorrected visual acuity≥0.5 and ≥ 1.0, the group was 78.8% and 41.1%, the group was 35.6% and 3.3%, the best corrected visual acuity was greater than or equal to preoperative The best corrected visual acuity, group 95.24%, group 92.22%; have more than 3 corneal opacity, group 1.06%, group was 6.76%. Conclusions PRK is a safe and effective method for the treatment of high and super-high myopia. The stability and predictability of high myopia are better than those of super-high myopia. The corneal submucosal haze is still the presence of PRK in high myopia and ultra-high myopia main problem
