以锤式破碎机为例,开发出了一种生产锤头的新型熔模精铸复合工艺,其综合了振动浇注、真空、钢丸激冷等技术。通过试验,研究了这种新型复合工艺与普通熔模铸造之间的差异。试验结果显示,新型复合工艺下生产的锤头,组织中含有更多的马氏体;力学性能更加优异,冲击韧度提高了近一倍;耐磨性能也得到显著提高,相比普通熔模铸造提高了约70%,该新工艺能大大减少材料消耗。
Take hammer crusher as an example, we have developed a new type of investment casting compounding process for hammerhead, which combines the technologies of vibration casting, vacuum and shot blasting. Through experiments, the difference between this new compounding process and ordinary investment casting was studied. The test results show that the hammerhead produced by the new composite process contains more martensite in the structure, the mechanical properties are more excellent, the impact toughness is nearly doubled, and the abrasion resistance is also remarkably improved. Compared with ordinary investment mold Casting increased by about 70%, the new process can greatly reduce material consumption.
