Data show that the risk of Down syndrome increased with the increase of pregnant women, but pregnant women with Down syndrome 80% of 35 years of age. Currently, screening for Down syndrome in women under 35 years of age is based on a combination of maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein (MSAFP) and maternal age. Bogart et al. First reported the relationship between elevated hCG levels and Down syndrome in 1987 and found that serum β-hCG levels increased in 6 (35.3%) of 17 pregnant women with Down syndrome, whereas pregnant women with normal pregnancy only There is 1.35% hCG level increased. In this paper, 16 pregnant women with Down syndrome and 614 pregnant women with non-Down syndrome under 35 years of age
