本住宅区位于市中心北面,多瑙河岸一块狭长的用地上,面积31.3公顷,住宅楼与河流平行布置,共有4000套住宅和相应的公共福利设施。规划设计力求造成良好视觉效果。沿河的一面,由于留有豁口和突出了山墙,打破了整个沿河立面的单调感,并使90％的住宅可从窗户欣赏河上风光。背河的一面,留有开阔的庭院空间,强调沿步行道前进时所看到的街道景观的整齐和连续性。住宅为11层短外廊一梯四户单元式
The residential area is located in the north of the city center, on a long stretch of land on the banks of the Danube River, covering an area of 31.3 hectares. The residential buildings and rivers are arranged in parallel and there are a total of 4,000 residential units and corresponding public welfare facilities. Planning and design strive to create a good visual effect. On one side of the river, due to gaps and prominent gables, the monotonous feeling along the river’s facade was broken and 90% of the dwellings could enjoy the scenery from the windows. On the back of the river, there is an open courtyard space, emphasizing the neatness and continuity of the streetscape seen along the promenade. The residence is a 11-story short corridor with a ladder and four units.
