医院的维修管理是牵制医院行政管理费用的重要领域,对提高医院维修管理系统(HM MS)效率的方法曾进行了许多研究。为使医院维修管理系统取得成功,必须着重强调以下八个方面:(1) 组织与职能;(2) 工作管理文件;(3) 计划;(4) 日程安排;(5) 物资管理;(6) 预防性维修;(7) 工作的评价;(8) 电脑应用。组织与职能: 无论是保健机构或工厂,其维修部门的组织结构必须确定其基本关系。对医院的维修部门最重要的两种建制是职能型和地理型。前者是根据相似工作性质组织的,后者则根据完成工作的地点来决定的。维修管理人员是医院维修部门各项活动和职能的主要负责人,其名称不同,有称服务部主住、医院工程师等。维修管理人员的任务是有效地组织、计划、指导并管理工作人员,材料及其他资源。

Its name is different, and it is called the service department owner, hospital engineer, etc. The task of maintenance managers is to effectively organize, plan, direct and manage staff, materials and other resources.
