应变电桥法是飞机飞行载荷测量的一种重要方法,其测量精度与应变电桥的选择有直接的关系。基于载荷测量基本理论,提出利用MIV算法选取应变电桥,对比分析了不同电桥组合下的载荷方程及其误差,并给出了检验工况下的检验误差。结果表明:随着应变电桥个数的减少,检验误差呈先减少然后平缓变化,最后增大的趋势;基于MIV算法获得的弯矩和剪力载荷测量精度均在可接受范围内。
Strain bridge method is an important method of aircraft flight load measurement. Its measurement accuracy is directly related to the selection of strain bridge. Based on the basic theory of load measurement, this paper proposes to use MIV algorithm to select the strain bridge, analyze and compare the load equation and its error under different bridge combinations, and give the test error under test conditions. The results show that with the decrease of the number of strain bridges, the error of inspection decreases first and then changes gently, and finally increases. The accuracy of bending moment and shear load measurement based on MIV algorithm are within the acceptable range.
