为解决“三软”低透气煤层瓦斯防治方面的难题,以河南平禹煤电四矿三软不稳定低透气性煤层12160采煤工作面为背景,通过相似模拟实验和数值模拟实验对覆岩裂隙演化规律进行研究,并进一步分析卸压瓦斯储集与采场围岩裂隙的演化关系,最终设计出U形通风+高位钻孔抽放瓦斯防治技术。工程实践表明,抽放钻孔位置位于距顶板20~30 m处,可有效杜绝“三软”煤层瓦斯事故。
In order to solve the difficult problem of “three soft” low gas permeability coal seam methane prevention and control, with 12160 coal mining face of three soft unstable low permeability coal seam of Pingyou coal mine in Henan as the background, through similar simulation experiments and numerical simulation experiments The evolution of overburden rock fissures was studied, and the evolution relationship between relief gas reservoirs and the fracture of surrounding rock was further analyzed. Finally, a U-shaped ventilation + high-level borehole drainage gas control technology was designed. Engineering practice shows that the location of drainage holes is 20-30 m away from the roof, which can effectively eliminate the gas accident of “three soft” coal seam.
