介绍了原生辉钼矿直接加压氧化碱浸钼的试验研究情况,考察了钼矿粒度、碱用量、温度、时间、氧气压力及氧气浓度对钼浸出率的影响。结果表明,在钼矿颗粒平均粒径~15.64μm、温度90℃、氧压~0.6 MPa、NaOH~55 g/100 g钼矿、时间~2 h的条件下,使用>90%的氧气,钼的浸出率可达95%以上,实现了辉钼矿中钼、镍的分离。较现行加压碱浸处理辉钼矿所控制的工艺技术条件,温度和压力都大为降低。
This paper introduces the experimental research on the direct molybdenum hydrolysation of alkaline molybdenum ore and investigates the effect of molybdenum particle size, alkali dosage, temperature, time, oxygen pressure and oxygen concentration on the molybdenum leaching rate. The results showed that under the condition of average particle diameter of molybdenum ore ~ 15.64μm, temperature of 90 ℃, oxygen pressure ~ 0.6 MPa, NaOH ~ 55 g / 100 g molybdenum ore and time ~ 2 h, The leaching rate of up to 95% or more, to achieve molybdenum molybdenum molybdenum, nickel separation. Compared with the current process conditions controlled by pressurized alkali leaching molybdenite, the temperature and pressure are greatly reduced.
