主要综述近年来基因组学技术在昆虫抗药性研究中的应用以及取得的新成果、新进展。基因组学是对生物体整个基因组结构、功能及其进化的研究。遗传连锁作图、定位克隆、数量特性位点作图、微阵列分析及转录沉默等 ,是近年来常用的基因组学研究技术。研究表明 ,应用基因组技术不仅能揭示新的昆虫抗药性机制 ,发现并定位、克隆新的抗药性基因 ,还有助于发现新型的杀虫剂作用靶标 ,改进昆虫抗药性的检 (监 )测技术以及加深人们对昆虫抗药性进化的认识等。
This review summarizes the application of genomics techniques in insecticide resistance research in recent years, as well as new achievements and new progresses made. Genomics is the study of the entire genome structure, function and evolution of organisms. Genetic linkage mapping, positional cloning, quantitative loci mapping, microarray analysis and transcriptional silencing are genomics research techniques commonly used in recent years. Studies have shown that the application of genomics not only can reveal new insect resistance mechanisms, but also can find and locate new clones of new drug resistance genes, and also help to find new target of insecticide and improve the detection of insecticide resistance Technology and deepen people’s understanding of the evolution of insect resistance and so on.
