[目的 /意义]基于国外图书馆、档案馆与博物馆(LAM)合作的经验,结合我国LAM的管理实践,探索更具针对性和可操作性的LAM合作模式。[方法 /过程]运用文献分析、网络调查以及案例研究方法,剖析国外LAM合作的研究成果与实践发展,通过对比研究,探索LAM合作模式在中国管理情境下的适用性。[结果 /结论]我国应以国际上LAM合作的成功范例为参考,结合实际国情,树立全球化视野,借鉴西方国家在制度体系构建、专业机构推动、多元化资金支持等方面的经验,积极推动LAM合作的本土化行动,探索以校园/机构模式、社区模式以及项目化推动模式为主的多种合作模式,从细小的创意和行动开始,自下而上地推动我国LAM合作实践从局地向全国乃至全球扩展。 [Purpose / Significance] Based on the experience of foreign libraries, archives and museums (LAMs) and the management practices of LAM in our country, we explore a more targeted and operational LAM cooperation model. [Methods / Processes] This paper analyzes the research results and practical development of foreign LAM cooperation by using literature analysis, network investigation and case study methods. Through comparative studies, this paper explores the applicability of LAM cooperation model in China’s management context. [Results / Conclusion] China should take the successful international LAM cooperation as a reference, combine with the actual conditions of our country, establish a global perspective, draw lessons from the experience of Western countries in institutional system construction, promotion of specialized agencies and diversified financial support, and actively promote LAM cooperation in the localization of the operation to explore the campus / agency model, community model and project-based promotion of a variety of modes of cooperation, starting from the small ideas and actions, from bottom to top to promote China’s LAM cooperation practice from the local To the country and even the world expansion.
