洛美沙星对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌作用强于革兰氏阳性菌。对大肠杆菌MIC_(50)为0.5mg/L,枸橼酸杆菌MIC_(50)为0.125mg/L,铜绿假单孢菌的MIC_(50)为2mg/L,黄杆菌MIC_(50)为1mg/L,不动杆菌MIC_(50)为0.06mg/L,淋球菌MIC_(50)<0.03mg/L,流感嗜血杆菌MIC_(50)为0.25mg/L,弧菌MIC_(50)<0.3g/L。金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、草绿色链球菌及粪肠球菌的MIC_(50)均为2mg/L,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和棒状杆菌的MIC_(50)为0.5mg/L。 洛美沙星对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌作用与氧氟沙星相似,略逊于环丙沙星,明显地强于庆大霉素、氨苄青霉素和头孢氨噻肟。洛美沙星对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌作用较弱,MIC_(50)大多数为2mg/L,对粪肠球菌MIC_(50)为256mg/L,低于氨苄青霉素和头孢氨噻肟。
