1 跨栏跑教学的难点与重点 跨栏跑动作结构较为复杂,要求在快速跑中跨过一定数量、一定高度的栏架。初学者往往怕摔跤,产生惧怕心理。尤其是性格较文静、腼腆的女生,她们大多想跨而不敢跨,而有的是能跨不会跨,这些主观上的思想障碍直接影响着教学效果。此外,学生在学习跨栏跑时往往将注意力放在自我保护上,而较少关注自己的技术动作准确与否,导致有的女生要么不敢过栏,要么形成跳栏”等错误技术动作。
