针对成都地铁3号线6标出入段线盾构区间上穿熊猫大道站-天回镇南站区间右线隧道的工程背景,通过采用碗扣式脚手架对正线隧道进行加固,并对出入段线盾构掘进方案进行了合理设计。过正线掘进过程中对盾构机的掘进参数进行了监控,同时对成型隧道拱顶进行了沉降监测与分析。结果表明:盾构机在过正线掘进过程中始终保持匀速推进,且各项掘进参数均处于正常范围内;入线段拱顶沉降监测点RDX-232和RDX-252的累计沉降值为4.5 mm和3.3 mm,出线段拱顶沉降监测点CDX-604和CDX-624的累计沉降值为8.7 mm和3.3 mm,均处于可控状态。

The cumulative settlement values of CDX-604 and CDX-624 at the outlet settlement vault settlement point are 8.7 mm and 3.3 mm, both of which are in controllable state.
