建立了白头翁药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱用于鉴别白头翁及其疑似品。采用XB-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长210 nm。从白头翁HPLC指纹图谱中得到29个共有峰。利用相似度和聚类分析对图谱数据进行分析,其中聚类分析可依据指纹图谱将白头翁及其疑似品区别开。所建立的白头翁药材的指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,可用于全面控制白头翁药材的质量。
A HPLC fingerprint of Pulsatilla was established for the identification of Pulsatilla and its suspected products. Using XB-C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, gradient elution, the detection wavelength of 210 nm. 29 common peaks were obtained from HPLC fingerprinting of Pulsatilla. The similarity and cluster analysis were used to analyze the map data, in which the cluster analysis could distinguish the Pulsatilla and its suspected product based on the fingerprinting. Pulsatilla established herbal fingerprint characteristics and specificity, can be used to fully control the quality of Pulsaitis herbs.
