目的探讨支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析经临床及影像学确诊的10例BPD患儿的胸部影像表现。结果 10例胸片:两肺野模糊、透亮度减低的3例,两肺磨玻璃样改变及支气管充气征的3例,两肺斑片影3例,合并肺气肿2例,无明显异常1例。8例CT:磨玻璃样影及实变影5例,多发囊泡状影3例,两肺条索及网格状影4例。结论 BPD的X线及CT表现虽无特异性,但结合病史动态观察对早期诊断有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the imaging findings of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Methods A retrospective analysis of 10 cases of BPD diagnosed by clinical and imaging findings of chest imaging. Results 10 cases of chest radiographs: 3 cases with blurred lung field and reduced translucency, 3 cases with both glass-like changes of lungs and bronchial inflamation, 3 cases with two lung patches and 2 cases with emphysema without obvious abnormalities 1 case. 8 cases of CT: ground glass-like shadow and consolidation in 5 cases, multiple vesicle-like shadow in 3 cases, two pulmonary cords and grid-like shadow in 4 cases. Conclusions The X-ray and CT findings of BPD are not specific, but the dynamic observation combined with the history of BPD is of great significance for early diagnosis.
