世纪知识经济时代的根本特征。创新是“要迎接科学技术突飞猛进迅速兴起的挑战,最重要的是坚持创新。创新是一个民族的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,创新的关键在人才,人才的成长靠教育。教育水平提高了,科技进步和经济发展才有后劲。”因此,以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为核心的素质教育,成为我国教育发展的战略选择。然而创新教育如何从理论到实践,从口号到行动,根植于各科日常教学中,在创新征途上,很多老师感到茫然。作为小学语文教师的我,如何在语言文学学习和感悟中,训练学生创新思维,培养学生创造精神呢?在实际教学中,我结合教材、学生和自身教学等多方面特点,吸收前辈丰富的经验,运用发散性阅读、扩展性阅读、评价性阅读、延伸性阅读的方法,训练学生创新思维,极大地调动了学生思维的挑战性,为他们思维的流畅性、批判性、变通性、新颖性的形成奠定良好的基础。
