目前,很多人除了晚餐的时间安排得不够合理之外,三餐的比例失调,以及晚餐的营养过剩也是问题晚餐的关键。现在有不少人已经习惯了“早餐吃的少、午餐吃的好、晚餐吃的饱”的饮食方式。其实,在一天的饮食需求中,小肠的需求恰好是与之相反的。通常,早、中、晚三餐的比例应该为3:4:3,这样既能保证活动时能量的供给,又能使胃肠在睡眠中得到休息。
