目的:探讨血红素制备新工艺。方法:采用氯仿为溶剂,猪血粉与乙醇进行酯化反应,得血红素二乙酯,然后用氢氧化钠溶液进行水解,再用盐酸溶液酸化,将析出的晶体用水洗至中性。结果:用此法生产的血红素其纯度可达80%以上。结论:用此法生产血红素切实可行,且未见报导。
Objective: To explore a new process of heme preparation. Methods: Using chloroform as solvent, pig blood meal and ethanol were esterified to obtain hemoglobin. The mixture was hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide solution and then acidified with hydrochloric acid solution. The precipitated crystals were washed with water until neutral. Results: The purity of heme produced by this method can reach more than 80%. Conclusion: Heme production by this method is feasible and has not been reported.
