由细菌或真菌感染所致的化脓性角膜溃疡,来势凶险,尽管目前已有不少抗菌及抗真菌药物可用,但疗效并不一定满意。对于药效不佳的患眼,其自然发展往往会毁坏眼球,即使能够疤痕愈合,也将成为盲目,日后角膜移植治疗的条件也多不理想。对这类病例,文献上亦有用角膜移植治疗。本文就我院1970～1977年用角膜移植治疗的100例(眼)的经验加以分析报告于下。
Suppurative corneal ulcer caused by bacterial or fungal infection is extremely dangerous. Although many antibacterial and antifungal drugs are available, the curative effect is not necessarily satisfactory. For the poor efficacy of the affected eyes, its natural development will often destroy the eye, even if the scar can heal will also become blind, the conditions for corneal transplantation in the future are also more than ideal. For such cases, the literature also use corneal transplantation treatment. In this paper, our hospital from 1970 to 1977 with corneal graft treatment of 100 cases (eyes) experience to be analyzed in the next report.
