本实验目的在于观察给犬用SC1001钠盐以及SC1001胺盐后机体有无毒性反应。实验用犬24只,SC1001钠盐及SC1001胺盐各用12只,前者随机分为三组:对照组,实验组分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,给药剂量分别为40mg/kg、120mg/kg,连续3个月;后者随机分为对照组,实验组分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,给药剂量分别为40mg/kg、80mg/kg、120mg/kg,接续6个月,均为每日灌胃给药一次。用药前一个月和用药后每月检查血常规、肝功、肾功一次共21项指标。实验完后,全部数据用IBM计算机进行统计学处理,并将动物处死进行大体解剖及病理组织切片检查。结果表明:长期大剂量使用SC1001钠盐,对淋巴细胞的生成和(或)破坏有一定的影响,对肝功能有一定的毒性作用;使用SC1001胺盐出现的毒性作用与SC1001钠盐不同,它引起红细胞及血清总蛋白下降。但二者所影响的均属于肝功能和血细胞。
The purpose of this experiment was to observe whether there was any toxic reaction after administration of SC1001 sodium salt and SC1001 amine salt to dogs. Cause red blood cell and serum total protein decreased. But both are affected by liver function and blood cells.
