目的 :探析超声联合磁共振诊断胎儿胼胝体发育不全的影像学特征。方法 :选择2014年1月至2016年6月我院确诊为胼胝体发育不全的30例胎儿为研究对象,对胎儿予以单纯超声检查,设为对照组,对胎儿予以超声联合磁共振检查,设为观察组,观察比较2组检查的诊断准确率,并总结超声、磁共振的影像学特征。结果 :观察组诊断准确率是96.7%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :产前对胎儿予以超声联合磁共振检查,可有效提高胎儿胼胝体发育不全的确诊率,临床应用价值非常高,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the imaging characteristics of the diagnosis of fetal corpus callosum by ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging. Methods: From January 2014 to June 2016, 30 fetuses diagnosed as corpus callosum hypoplasia in our hospital were selected as study objects. The fetus was subjected to simple ultrasonography and the control group. The fetus was subjected to ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging Observation group, observed and compared the diagnostic accuracy of two groups of examinations, and summarized the imaging features of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Prenatal fetal ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging can effectively improve the diagnosis of fetal corpus hypoplasia, the clinical value is very high, it is worth further promotion and application.
