通过对回采巷道支承压力分布以及作用机理进行研究,提出高强度高预紧力加长锚固并辅助以锚索的孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩控制技术,并与15141上巷原支护技术在现场应用情况、技术经济效益2个方面进行比较,得出孤岛工作面回采巷道基本顶在掘巷前垮落形成类似与沿空掘巷弧形三角块结构,高强度高预紧力加长锚固并辅助以锚索的锚杆支护技术提高了孤岛工作面回采巷道的围岩力学参数,巷道掘进影响期短,围岩变形量小,有效的控制了巷道变形,孤岛工作面回采巷道锚杆支护技术显著优于U型钢支护。
Based on the research on pressure distribution and mechanism of supporting pressure in mining roadway, the paper puts forward the control technology of surrounding rock in the mining gateway of the island face with the help of the high strength and high pretightening force extended anchorage and auxiliary with anchor cable. Conditions and technical and economic benefits are compared. It is concluded that the basic roof of the mining gateway in the isolated island face collapses in front of the roadway to form an arc-shaped triangular block structure similar to that of the roadway with gob-side entry.
