介绍27×10-12 14PR SK-400工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径668 mm,断面宽度243 mm,行驶面宽度223 mm,行驶面弧度高6 mm,胎圈着合直径301 mm,胎圈着合宽度203 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.844,花纹型号SK-400,花纹深度18 mm,花块饱和度48.8%,花纹周节数19。施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用6层高强度1670dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用直径为1.0 mm的回火胎圈钢丝,轮胎采用半芯轮式成型机头(机头直径为400 mm)成型、胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎外缘尺寸及物理性能均满足设计及企业标准要求。
