目的比较不同厂家烟酸片的溶出状况。方法采用0.1mol/L盐酸液,pH4乙酸盐缓冲液,pH6.8磷酸盐缓冲液和水4种介质900ml,采用转篮法,转速100r/min。采用紫外分光光度法,在262nm波长处测定吸光度,分别绘制溶出曲线。结果两厂家的溶出曲线有较大差异。结论应采用0.1mol/L盐酸液作为烟酸片溶出度测定的溶出介质。
Objective To compare the dissolution status of niacin tablets from different manufacturers. Methods 900ml of 0.1mol / L hydrochloric acid solution, pH4 acetate buffer solution, pH6.8 phosphate buffer solution and water were used. The spinning speed was 100r / min. Using UV spectrophotometry, absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 262nm, respectively, draw the dissolution curve. The results of two manufacturers dissolution curve are quite different. Conclusion 0.1mol / L hydrochloric acid solution should be used as the dissolution medium of nicotinic acid tablets.
