因工艺技术的限制,在进行分层挤压充填、分层地填、分层化防时经常会出现套管返水不能施工;充填后无法实现丢手,造成事故复杂化;小夹层无法实现分层防砂,只能采用盲封施工,使目的层不能达到理想防砂效果;工序复杂,施工周期长加砂量过少,压力起升快,特别在多层大斜度井和低压井施工时尤为突出。本文针对这些问题,研究一种防砂工艺技术,解决封上采下分层防砂井目前存在的问题,实现提高作业质量,提高效率,使分层防砂效果明显提高、增加产液能力的目的具有重要意义。
