合理粉胶比的沥青胶浆是影响沥青混合料性能的重要因素。由于稀释剂和添加剂的存在,冷补沥青胶浆的性质和组成均与一般沥青胶浆不同,最佳粉胶比范围也有所差异。为了提出冷补沥青混合料合理的粉胶比范围,采用室内试验方法,通过分析冷补沥青混合料在不同粉胶比下的高温稳定性、成型强度和水稳定性等路用性能,研究粉胶比对冷补沥青混合料性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,合理的粉胶比范围能取得最佳的冷补沥青混合料性能,综合考虑各种路用性能和经济性的要求,建议广东地区冷补沥青混合料的粉胶比范围宜为1.0~1.3,但干旱或寒冷地区可以适当降低。
Asphalt mortar with reasonable ratio of cement to binder is an important factor affecting the performance of asphalt mixture. Due to the presence of diluents and additives, the properties and composition of cold-asphaltic mortar are different from the general asphalt mortar, the best ratio of powder to cement is also different. In order to propose a reasonable range of cement ratio of cold-asphalt mixture, the indoor test method was adopted to analyze the performance of high-temperature stability, forming strength and water stability of cold-fill asphalt mixture at different cement ratios. Effect of Glue Ratio on Properties of Cold Asphalt Mixture. The test results show that a reasonable range of powder to binder ratio can achieve the best performance of cold-forged asphalt mixture. Considering all kinds of road performance and economic requirements, it is suggested that the range of powder-cement ratio of cold-fill asphalt mixture in Guangdong should be 1.0 ~ 1.3, but arid or cold areas can be properly reduced.
