在轧钢生产线中,活套液压系统是较重要的一个环节,其故障会直接影响产品质量,导致经济损失。根据轧机活套液压系统故障具有隐蔽性、复杂性及难排除等特点,开发了基于Visual Basic 6.0软件的故障诊断专家系统。该专家系统采用正向推理方式,且其知识库和推理机是相互独立的,将专家系统与模糊判定理论相结合,对活套液压系统进行故障排除,提高了准确性。并根据系统提供的故障系数,可以实现优先顺序排除故障的功能,节约了时间。本专家系统具有操作简便、实用性强等特点,具有良好的人机交流界面。
In the rolling line, looper hydraulic system is an important part of the fault will directly affect product quality, leading to economic losses. According to the hidden, complex and difficult to remove features of the hydraulic system of rolling mill loom, a fault diagnosis expert system based on Visual Basic 6.0 software is developed. The expert system adopts the forward reasoning method, and its knowledge base and inference engine are independent of each other. Combining the expert system with the fuzzy judgment theory, the looper hydraulic system is improved and the accuracy is improved. And according to the fault factor provided by the system, the function of prioritizing the fault can be implemented and the time saved. The expert system is easy to operate, practical and so on, with good human-computer interface.
