对川南地区高校公体教师进行职业倦怠调查结果表明,在不同性别、职称和不同学历、教龄以及不同周教学时数的公体教师中都不同程度的存在着职业倦怠心理。这种职业倦怠心理如果得不到及时化解,不仅会严重影响教师的身心健康,而且还会给当代大学生的发展带来不良影响。
The results of the survey on job burnout of public teachers in colleges and universities in South Sichuan show that job burnout psychology exists to varying degrees in public teachers of different gender, professional titles, different qualifications, teaching ages and teaching hours in different weeks. This kind of burnout mentality without timely solution, not only will seriously affect teachers’ physical and mental health, but also to the development of contemporary college students adversely affected.
