唐山陶瓷厂和建筑陶瓷厂,1979年刚刚恢复奖金制度时,执行了级差甚微的评奖制。当年下半年,建陶在主要工序的产量方面开始试行超定额计件奖,进而发展到以质量为重点的超定额计件奖;唐陶从1980年初也在全厂逐步推行了以质量为中心的超定额计件奖。经过全面企业整顿,超定额计件奖励办法日趋完善,做到了“上不封顶、下不保底”。当前已在有个人指标和班组集体指标的班组中全面推广,这部分职工占职工总数的45.6%,占直接生产工人的74.9%。这个办法有效地调动了职工的生产积极性,明显地提高了经济效益。
