In this paper, we observed the inhibitory effect of carboxyethyl sesquioxide, sodium selenite, beta-carotene and vitamin C on the reversion of TA100 induced by the direct mutagen methyl nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) effect. The inhibitory rates of organic germanium and selenium were 54% -65.7% and 33.38% -78.60% at concentrations of 10 -6 M-10 -2 M, respectively.
