企业物资采购中存在着不少问题:对产品价格调整步伐迟缓;采购方式单一;对供应商的管理不到位;采购人员素质不高;监督重点把握不准等等。为此,要建立可以掌控的产品价格定价机制;从实际出发,采用灵活多样的采购方式;加强对供应商的管理,与供应商建立直接的战略伙伴关系;提高采购人员的综合素质;建立健全监督制约机制等。这样,才有可能堵塞采购中存在的漏洞,降低物资采购成本,保证供应。
