防爆电机机座车削用液性塑料芯轴研究与设计

根据防爆电机机座的结构、技术要求和生产类型,研究并确定了防爆电机机座的主要机械加工工艺方法。在研究了夹具设计原理的基础上,确定了夹具的定位方案与夹紧方式,详细研究了定位误差的分析,液性塑料的配方、配制和浇注,薄壁套筒及柱塞的设计,夹具体设计等内容,设计了机座车削加工过程中所用液性塑料芯轴,为提高机座加工精度提供可靠保证。 According to the structure, technical requirements and production type of explosion-proof motor base, the main mechanical processing technology of explosion-proof motor base is researched and determined.
