目的满足社区基本医疗、基础卫生服务和解决社区医疗问题。方法政府牵头和上级卫生部门指导,合理使用社区资源,以社区居民健康为中心,家庭为单位,服务对象主要为妇女、老年人、儿童、残障人士、慢性病患者、贫困居民等,综合预防、健康、保健、计划生育技术等为一体,形成有效便利、经济实惠、综合性且具有连续性的基本卫生服务体系。结果政府和相关部门的大力支持,广泛而充足的资金来源,建立良好的社区医疗队伍,是社区医疗体系的必要条件。结论党和政府的正确领导,民众的关心重视,加快社区医疗人员的培养,最终能提高社区医疗的素质和水平。 Objective To meet the basic medical community, basic health services and community health issues.
