在航空航天行业中,惯性器件的结构件中不乏小套筒类零件。这类小套筒零件是系统中的关重件,具有体积小、精度高,结构较复杂等特点,它们的加工精度决定了惯性器件的安装精度。目前,常用三座标检测这类零件;该检测方法,不适用于操作者在线检测,特别是对于具有内腔轴结构的小套筒类零件,操作者在线检测困难。本文通过典型小套筒类零件内腔轴直径的检测,论述了一种小套筒零件内腔轴直径检测量具的设计方法,井采用该设计量具对典型零件进行了检测,用三座标验证了其检测值的准确性。
In the aerospace industry, there are many small sleeve parts in the structural parts of inertial devices. Such small sleeve parts are the key parts in the system. They have the characteristics of small size, high precision and complex structure. Their machining accuracy determines the installation accuracy of inertial devices. At present, the commonly used three-coordinate detection of such parts; the test method is not suitable for online testing operators, especially for the small shaft with a shaft structure of the sleeve parts, the operator online detection difficulties. In this paper, through the detection of the lumen shaft diameter of a typical small sleeve parts, the design method of the lumen shaft diameter measuring gauge of a small sleeve part is discussed. The well-designed measuring part is used to test the typical parts. The accuracy of its detection value.
