本文在试验研究的基础上,讨论了光纤位移传感器和光泽计的参数选择,确定了表面光泽度和粗糙度间的内在连系,以便在磨削过程中用监测光泽度的方法来代替粗糙度测量。文中还讨论了冷却液及悬浮在其中的磨削残渣对光泽计输出的影响。作者建议,光泽计应浸没在透明的冷却液中并对冷却液的过滤系统作适当改善。在线监测试验还发现,每个工件在其最后光磨阶段,表面光泽度被周期地改善和破坏,这主要是砂轮轴向磨损不均匀所引起。随着砂轮磨损的加剧,工件光泽度的这种波动幅值也越来越大,从而可以利用这种现象来判断砂轮的磨钝程度。文中最后还介绍了一种多用途的在线监测装置,可以同时用来监测磨削表面粗糙度、直径尺寸的变化和砂轮磨钝状况,也可以用来作为工件圆度的离线测量,具有结构简单、实用和可靠的特点。
Based on the experimental research, this paper discusses the parameter selection of optical fiber displacement sensor and glossmeter, determines the internal connection between surface gloss and roughness, in order to monitor the gloss in the grinding process instead of the roughness measuring. The paper also discusses the effects of coolant and grinding residue suspended on the gloss meter output. The authors suggest that the gloss meter should be submerged in a clear coolant and appropriate improvements have been made to the coolant’s filtration system. The on-line monitoring test also found that the surface gloss of each workpiece was periodically improved and destroyed at the final polishing stage, which was mainly caused by the uneven wear of the grinding wheel in the axial direction. As the wear of the grinding wheel aggravates, the fluctuation of the glossiness of the workpiece is also getting larger and larger, so that the phenomenon of blunting of the grinding wheel can be judged by this phenomenon. Finally, a multi-purpose on-line monitoring device is also introduced, which can be used to monitor the grinding surface roughness, diameter size changes and wheel blunt conditions, can also be used as off-line measurement of workpiece roundness, with simple structure , Practical and reliable features.
