目的:探讨抗放射性肺炎方(ARPD)对放射性肺损伤大鼠免疫系统的影响。方法:128只SD雄性大鼠随机分成正常对照组(A组)、单纯X射线照射模型组(B组)、地塞米松治疗组(C组)、ARPD治疗组(D组)。B,C,D组麻醉后行直线加速器(6 MV X射线)20 Gy单次胸部照射,C,D组照射后每日分别ig给予地塞米松(1.5×10-3g.kg-1.d-1)和中药(ARPD,35 g.kg-1.d-1)治疗。A,B组ig给予等容积生理盐水灌服。照射后第7,15,30,50天取材,观察脾脏组织病理学改变;检测免疫器官指数、外周血淋巴细胞亚群、血清溶血素水平及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率。结果:ARPD治疗组较其他X射线照射组病变程度轻,且恢复快。至第50天,胸腺指数、脾脏指数、CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴细胞、血清溶血素水平、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率ARPD治疗组均高于单纯X射线照射模型组和地塞米松治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:抗放射性肺炎方(ARPD)可以提高放射性肺损伤大鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of anti-radiation pneumonia (ARPD) on the immune system of rats with radiation-induced lung injury. Methods: 128 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group (A group), simple X-ray irradiation model group (B group), dexamethasone treatment group (C group) and ARPD treatment group (D group). Rats in groups B, C and D were anesthetized with dexamethasone (1.5 × 10-3g.kg-1.d) daily after a linear accelerator (6 MV X-ray) -1) and traditional Chinese medicine (ARPD, 35 g.kg-1.d-1) treatment. A, B group given equal volume of normal saline irrigation service. At the 7th, 15th, 30th and 50th day after irradiation, the histopathological changes of spleen were observed. The index of immune organ, peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets, serum hemolysin level and phagocytic rate of peritoneal macrophages were detected. Results: Compared with other X-ray irradiation groups, the lesions in ARPD group were lighter and recovered faster. The thymus index, spleen index, CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + T lymphocytes, serum hemolysin level and peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis rate in ARPD treatment group were all higher than those in X-ray irradiation group and dexamethasone treatment group on the 50th day (P <0.05). Conclusion: Anti-radiation pneumonia prescription (ARPD) can improve the immune function of radiation-induced lung injury in rats.
