The 21st century is an era of competition. As a hospital with a focus on cardiac surgery, our hospital has made considerable progress in the short period of 20 years since its founding. However, if today’s masters want to win the competition with human and material resources, obviously there is still a lack of vision. The vigorous development of the health industry and the continuous deepening of the hospital reform have made the hospitals seem to have little difference in the investment and use of hardware. How to develop software, work hard on services, and spend effort on the needs of patients are the key to how we win in the competition and occupy the market. I. Re-understanding of the follow-up work in the new period The follow-up work is an important part of the hospital’s medical information work, and it is also a weight that we occupy the market with a positive attitude in the competition.
