目的对空气氟测定方法存在的几个问题进行探讨。方法用2层都经碳酸氢钠甘油溶液浸渍的超细玻纤滤纸采集空气氟,对TISAB的柠檬酸钠浓度进行选择,滤纸本底值、前处理方法、回收实验和方法现场应用进行研究。结果选用 1mol/L柠檬酸钠作TISBA测定偏差<5.2%;经浸渍处理的滤纸本底氟略有升高,但对气态或气溶胶态都能更好地阻留吸收;前处理方法可用政浸搅拌成纸浆浸放1h代替40℃超声15min;用煤飞灰标准物质加标回收,平均回收率93.9%。结论该方法对空气氟阻留吸收率高,抗干扰能力强,电极响应较快,操作简单,结果准确可靠。
Objective To discuss some problems in determination of air fluorine. Methods Air fluoride was collected from two layers of ultrafine glass fiber filter paper impregnated with sodium bicarbonate glycerol solution. The concentration of sodium citrate in TISAB was selected, the filter paper background value, pretreatment method, recovery experiment and field application were studied. Results 1 mol / L sodium citrate was used as TISBA to determine the deviation of <5.2%. The impregnated filter paper had a slight increase of fluoride background, but better retained absorption in gaseous or aerosol state. Pretreatment Dip can be used for mixing into the pulp immersion 1h instead of 40 ℃ ultrasound 15min; coal fly ash standard material spike recovery, the average recovery rate of 93.9%. Conclusion The method has high absorption rate of air fluoride, strong anti-interference ability, fast electrode response, simple operation and accurate and reliable results.
