对蚌埠、蚌埠东“一站两场”组织模式形成的背景和组织模式的变化进行简要说明,重点对“一站两场”组织模式运行过程中存在问题进行了剖析,提出了“二级二场”和“中间站”两种管理模式的优化重组方案并分别进行了可行性分析。
This paper gives a brief description of the background and pattern of organizational changes in Bengbu and Bengbu, and analyzes the problems existing in the operation of “one station, two markets and one organizational pattern” “Two two ” and “middle station ” two kinds of management mode optimization and reorganization plan and carried on the feasibility analysis respectively.
