Spare time to open a book, read anecdote, that there are species of penguins in the Arctic, whenever they are excited, they will gather together to dance. That is dancing, in fact, is circling together. However, no matter how excited the penguins are, they can only turn up to twelve turns at a time, because turning around will bring a certain amount of load to the body. When turning to the twelfth turn, the body load will approach its limit. If it continues to circumnavigate, it may fall to the ground Start. Once beyond the limit, breaking the bottom line, it means that the risk of coming, means that never fell to the ground. This is the revelation that penguins only turn twelve laps, and its core meaning may be only four words - keep the bottom line. What is the bottom line? I think, in short, it is nothing more than the minimum requirement for a man to work. For public servants of all sizes, it is the lowest standard of governing power. Unfortunately, such a simple truth, throughout the ages, but I do not know how many “smart people” failed to get through, but I do not know how many “smart people” fall on it. Some of them are greedy and shameless, they are hard-working and greedy. Some use their power to seek personal gains and loss of public good. Some are wild and forgetful. Some are overwhelming and others are alone. Let yourself lose fame, even mistaken for Qing Qing’s life.
