针对高原环境下柴油机燃烧恶化的问题,通过单缸机台架实验研究了进气压力为0.68 bar、转速为1 400 r/min满负荷工况下硝酸异辛酯(EHN)添加剂对柴油机燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:与燃烧纯柴油相比,EHN添加剂使柴油机缸内压力峰值略有降低,最大压力升高率减小,柴油机工作时的机械负荷得到缓解;缸内燃烧放热率峰值降低、出现位置提前,滞燃期及燃烧持续期缩短;缸内温度和排气温度降低,改善了柴油机工作的热负荷;柴油机扭矩增加,有效比油耗降低,且发动机有效热效率得到了提高。
Aiming at the problem of deteriorating the combustion of diesel engine in the plateau environment, the combustion characteristics of Diesel engine on ECH additive under full load with an inlet pressure of 0.68 bar and a rotation speed of 1 400 r / Impact. The results show that compared with burning pure diesel, EHN additive can slightly reduce the peak pressure of diesel engine cylinder, the maximum pressure rise rate decreases, and the mechanical load of diesel engine can be relieved. The peak of combustion heat release rate decreases, In advance, the retarding period and the burning period are shortened. The in-cylinder temperature and the exhaust temperature are decreased, which improves the heat load of the diesel engine. The torque of the diesel engine increases, the effective fuel consumption decreases and the effective thermal efficiency of the engine is improved.
