本文用霍乱毒素B链(CTB)作为佐剂在小鼠体内评价了呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)融合(F)蛋白局部免疫作用.免疫4周龄CD1小鼠、每组4～6只,亚单位疫苗鼻内接种(inl)10μl(含F蛋白2μg和CTB5～10μg),肌肉接种(im)100μl(只含F蛋白2μg),在0和4周各免疫1次,活病毒疫苗inl 50μl[含5×10~5蚀斑形成单位(pfu)],只免疫1次.最后一次免疫后4周用RSV10~6pfu inl攻击,取攻击前的血清检测抗体,攻击后5天的鼻洗液(NW)和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BAL)滴定病毒效价和抗体.
