介绍目前国内外几种具有代表性的压实物料密实度在线评价方法。指出现有密实度在线评价方法大多数只考虑压路机系统垂直方向的振动特性,而忽视压实系统在水平方向的耦合振动特性问题。提出采用压实系统垂直方向和水平方向多个振动特征参数建模在线评价压实物料密实度的一种新方法,该方法可以消除因任何因素引起的压实系统耦合振动影响,特别适用于多模式智能振动压路机,也适合于一般的振动压路机。
This paper introduces several representative on-line evaluation methods of compaction material densification at home and abroad. It is pointed out that most of the existing on-line evaluation methods of compactness only consider the vertical vibration characteristics of the roller system while neglecting the coupling vibration characteristics of the compacting system in the horizontal direction. A new method for on-line evaluation of compaction material compactness using modeling of multiple vibration characteristics in vertical and horizontal direction of compaction system is proposed. The method can eliminate the influence of coupling vibration caused by any factor, especially for multi Mode intelligent vibration roller, also suitable for general vibration roller.
