合成了5-硝基-2-吡啶重氮盐,它与间苯二酚和间二乙氨基苯酚偶联,得新的吡啶偶氮试剂2-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(5-NO_2-PAR)和2-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-NO_2-PADAP)。在弱酸或弱碱性介质中,这两种试剂与 Fe(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)及 Pt(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Rh(Ⅲ)和 Ru(Ⅲ)等金属离子反应,生成稳定的有色配合物。5-NO_2-PADAP 与 Ni(Ⅱ)配合物的摩尔吸光系数高达1.69×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。两种新试剂可用作无机离子高效液相色谱分离用的优良柱前衍生试剂。
Nitro-2-pyridyldiazonium salt was synthesized, which was coupled with resorcinol and m-diethylaminophenol to give the new pyridine azo reagent 2- (5-nitro-2-pyridylazo) Resorcinol and 2- (5-nitro-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (5-NO_2-PADAP) were synthesized. In weak acid or weak alkaline medium, these two reagents have the same properties as Fe (Ⅲ), Co (Ⅱ), Ni (Ⅱ), Cu (Ⅱ) and Pt (Ⅱ) (Ⅲ) and other metal ions to form a stable colored complex. The molar extinction coefficient of 5-NO_2-PADAP and Ni (Ⅱ) complex reached as high as 1.69 × 10-5L · mol -1 (-1) cm -1. Two new reagents are available as excellent pre-column derivatization reagents for inorganic ion high performance liquid chromatography.
