In order to investigate the effects of exogenous jasmonic acid on the resistance of N. bean and its effect on the enzyme activity in F. occidentalis, four concentrations of 1, 0.1, 0.01 and 0.001 mmol·L -1 were sprayed on cabbage plants. Of jasmonic acid, healthy plants as a control, respectively, after the treatment of 1, 5 and 10 d determination of bean leaf nutrient content and secondary content of the other leaves the same treatment were respectively western flax thrips nymphs, analysis The activities of protective enzymes and detoxification enzymes in the leaves of the bean plants were studied. The results showed that the protein contents of the leaves of the bean plants did not differ significantly from those of the healthy plants at 1 d after treatment with different concentrations of jasmonic acid but were significantly lower than those of the healthy plants at 5 and 10 d The content of amino acids in the leaves of jasmonates was significantly higher than that of healthy plants after 1 day of treatment, and then decreased gradually. The soluble sugar content of leaves of jasmonates was significantly lower than that of healthy plants, and with the increase of jasmonic acid concentration and the prolongation of treatment time Decreased, while the content of chlorophyll decreased significantly after 1 day of treatment and gradually increased with the increase of treatment time. The contents of tannin, flavonoids and total phenols were significantly higher than those of the control under different concentrations of jasmonic acid and treatment time. The change of biochemical content in leaves of horsebean was similar to that induced by exogenous jasmonic acid in horses fed with horse. After 24 h of treatment with jasmonate, the protective enzymes (superoxide dismutase, hydrogen peroxide Enzyme and peroxidase) and detoxifying enzyme system (glutathione S-transferase, carboxylesterase and acetylcholinesterase) were significantly higher than healthy plants, but the effect of jasmonic acid concentration and treatment time were different. The change of enzyme activity in the body of F. occidentalis after feeding on the pest bean leaves was similar to that of the leaves induced by exogenous jasmonic acid, indicating that exogenous jasmonic acid treatment induced the resistance of bean plants, Beans leaf can produce significant anti-defensive to adapt to changes in host plants.
