Since the 1980s, the number and proportion of the working class in Japan have been constantly increasing. The Gini coefficient, relative poverty rate and absolute poverty rate of the primary distribution and the secondary distribution have continued to increase, indicating that the working class in Japan is becoming increasingly impoverished. Examination from the perspective of state monopoly capitalism shows that the structural reforms carried out by Japan under the system of combination of state monopoly capitalism and neoliberalism have led to the impoverishment of the working class, the rise of unemployment and the decline of the role of trade unions. In turn, Japan and Africa The substantial increase in regular wage employment has hindered the improvement of productivity and the impoverishment of the working class has impeded the expansion of capital for reproduction, resulting in the long-term depression of Japan’s economy. However, under the system of a combination of state monopoly capitalism and neo-liberalism, it is impossible for Japan to formulate a system for truly protecting the distribution of workers and the system of social security, which further enables us to recognize clearly the essence of neo-liberalism serving the special interests of the bourgeoisie .
