一台CPCD25-W型叉车配置的五十铃公司C240PKG型柴油机,出现冷却水消耗过快的现象。每天运转2～3h,即需补充冷却水3.5～5kg。1.初步检查初步检查发现:该柴油机水温表显示在白色区域60～80℃(正常);用手触摸进、出水管感觉无明显温差;取出节温器进行加热升温实验,开启良好;水泵工作正常,无泄漏;高速运转时水散热器液面有明显下降(正常);进、出水管连接处无泄
