为了解决基层看病贵看病难等问题,我国医疗改革不断深化,限抗限输液政策逐步执行,基药零差价和三统一配送模式深度推行。尽管国家医疗改革惠及了广大患者,却导致基层诊所劳动量越来越大,收入却逐步下滑。随着大健康时代的到来,国家着力推动中医药发展。为了改变基层诊所的经营困境,本文提出了借助互联网技术平台,通过中医适宜技术的不断学习,短期内引导基层诊所由综合科逐步转型为专科化科室。长远来说,实施基层诊所由专科化科室升级为医养结合机构的转型模式,以提高基层诊所的盈利能力和竞争能力。 In order to solve the problems such as difficulty in seeing your doctor at the grassroots level, the medical reform in our country has been deepening and the policy of transfusion with limited resistance has been gradually implemented. The base drug zero spread and the three-unit distribution model have been implemented in depth. Although the national medical reform has benefited the majority of patients, it has led to more and more work in primary clinics and a gradual decline in income. With the advent of the great health era, the state has made great efforts to promote the development of Chinese medicine. In order to change the operating difficulties of grassroots clinics, this paper proposes that with the help of Internet technology platform, through the continuous study of appropriate technology in TCM, it is necessary to guide the primary clinics to be gradually transformed from comprehensive departments to specialized departments in the short term. In the long run, the implementation of primary-level clinics will be upgraded from a specialized department to a restructuring mode of medical and healthcare institutions to enhance the profitability and competitiveness of primary clinics.
